Warranty Policy
1. Black laser toner cartridge, we control defective rate <2%
Color laser toner cartridge, we control defective rate < 3%
For defected toner cartridges under 2%(black) or 3%(color), we replace goods, or deduct payment according to 1:1 policy by next order.
2. Black laser toner cartridge, if defective rate >6%
Color laser toner cartridge, if defective rate > 8%
Whole shipment returned, or payment deducted by next order.
3. Black laser toner cartridge, if defective rate from 2%~6%
Color laser toner cartridge, if defective rate from 3%~8%
We replace goods, or deduct payment as 1.5 times of defected products by next

order.


4.Quality Control
Currently, the defective rate in China market is: black 3%, color 5%. We control quality strictly, and our engineering dept. is led by experienced Japan engineer. Our defective rate could be controlled
under black 1%,
and
color 1.8%.
